- Information you enter in the booking request form (name, email, country/region, dates, number of guests, message, etc.)
- Guest register information required by law (names, addresses and contact details of all guests; nationality, passport number and a passport copy for foreign nationals, etc.)
- Payment information (payment is made on Stripe's payment page; we never receive your card number)
- The content of our email and other communications
3. Purposes of use
- Receiving booking requests, checking availability, and informing you of prices and payment
- Confirming, changing and cancelling bookings, and refunds
- Communications needed for your stay, such as check-in instructions
- Creating and keeping the guest register required by the Private Lodging Business Act and the Inns and Hotels Act
- Responding to inquiries
- Responding to requests from public authorities based on law
We do not use your information for any other purpose.
4. Provision to third parties
We do not provide your information to third parties without your consent, except:
- where required by law (e.g. requests from the police or public health authorities)
- where necessary to protect a person's life, body or property and it is difficult to obtain your consent

We entrust information to the following services for bookings, payment and communication. Each company manages information under its own privacy policy.

6. Security
We limit who can access your information and manage it properly to prevent loss or leaks. The guest register is kept for the period required by law (3 years) and then deleted.
7. Requests for disclosure, correction or deletion
If you request disclosure, correction, suspension of use or deletion of your information, we will respond in accordance with the law after confirming your identity. Please contact us at the email address above.
* The guest register, which we are required by law to keep, cannot be deleted during the retention period.
8. Changes
We may revise this policy as necessary. Any changes will be posted on this page.
